Microsoft Names Miki Tsusaka as New President of Microsoft Japan

Microsoft has announced that Miki Tsusaka has been appointed as the new president of Microsoft Japan, effective immediately. Tsusaka will lead Microsoft Japan’s engagement with customers and business partners and be responsible for all of its products, solutions, services and support offerings in Japan. She will report to Ahmed Mazhari, president of Microsoft Asia. Before joining Microsoft, Tsusaka worked as a senior partner and managing director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). At BCG, she serves clients in various industries in Japan and overseas, helping them develop and implement growth strategies, improve profitability, redesign organizational structures, and facilitate digital transformation. Tsusaka will take over the responsibility from Yasuyuki Higuchi, who was the interim president of Microsoft Japan.
