When I was young, I was raised by dialect-speaking elders, but I was not treated well. What I always experienced in the dialect environment was a kind of oppression everywhere.

I would say that when a language is oppressively powerful and cares little about the damage it does, whatever language is used to speak for that language is a bad language.
