Musk’s story and pattern

Joseph Campbell summarized the pattern of heroic myths in “The Hero with a Thousand Faces”: When the hero is still an ordinary person, he is called to set out on an adventure. He resists at first, then meets a wise man and becomes enlightened, crosses the boundary, starts his first attempt, and then becomes adventurous. Stages have gone through severe tests, been redeemed from the inside out, and returned victoriously. Hero stories in Hollywood movies are all performed according to this model. Spider-Man, Batman, Avatar… are all like this. Compared with the careful packaging by screenwriters, the stories of heroes in the real world are much more complicated. However, if you trace their growth trajectories, you can still find the cyclical pattern of “departure->enlightenment->return”, but this pattern will change in their lives. This is repeated many times in the story.
