The three-level network of medical and health services covering urban and rural areas has been continuously improved, and 90% of households can reach the nearest medical point within 15 minutes. The number of people covered by basic medical insurance exceeded 1.36 billion, and the proportion of residents’ personal health expenditure in the total health expenditure dropped to 27.7%.
