Netspeak Games raises $12 million in Series A funding

Netspeak Games is a multiplayer game developer, mainly engaged in the development, design and distribution of casual entertainment games, and launched the “Sunshine Days” product, dedicated to providing players with related casual mobile game products and services. Netspeak Games closed a $12 million Series A investment. The round was led by venture capital firms LakeStar and Project A, with funding from the Makers Fund and some of the biggest names in the industry, including EVE developer CCP CEO Hilmar Veigar Pétursson, Jagex CEO Phil Mansell and Kepler Interactive Investment Director Catherine Chew.
