Overgrowth open source

Wolfir Games, the developer of Overgrowth, announced that the game is open source , and the source code is hosted on GitHub under the Apache License 2.0 license. “Overgrowth” only open sourced the game code, game data such as materials and levels still need to be obtained through legal purchases ( Humble Store and Steam ). Wolfir Games also announced a price reduction for the game. The US version is reduced by one-third to $20. From 90 yuan to 70 yuan. The developer stated that it does not recommend that other developers use source code to create games, because there are better open source engines such as Godot, but those who are interested in games or community Mod developers can learn from and utilize it.
