Pakistan imposes 48-hour speed limit on Wikipedia for profanity

Pakistan puts a 48-hour speed limit on Wikipedia for profanity. It warned that if “intentional negligence” on Wikipedia’s part continued, it would take action to block the Wikipedia site in Pakistan.
