Shengxing Thermal Power is a heating and power supply service provider and a subsidiary of Shandong Haihua Co., Ltd. Its predecessor was Qingzhou Yili Thermal Power Co., Ltd., focusing on central heating and cogeneration. Recently, Shandong Haihua decided to transfer 100% equity of Shandong Haihua Shengxing Thermal Power Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, to Qingzhou Manulife Water Development Group Co., Ltd. at a price of 718,700 yuan.
