Huayin Tongyuan is a natural gas facility construction and operation service provider. The company’s business involves natural gas pipelines, pipeline network facilities, construction and operation management of gas stations. Recently, Shaantong Co., Ltd. plans to acquire 70% equity of Shaanxi Huayin Tongyuan in cash, acquire 30% equity of Huayin Tongyuan held by Fuping County Tongyuan Natural Gas Co., Ltd., and acquire 100% equity of Huayin Tongyuan in total. The total transaction price 2.1248 million yuan. After the acquisition is completed, Huayin Tongyuan will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
