Atom Power is a manufacturer of solid-state circuit breakers that collect data on electricity consumption, solar power generation, electric vehicle charge, ESS energy storage system charge, and power supply. SK Group’s investment holding companies, SK Co., Ltd. and SK Energy, said recently that they will acquire the operating rights of Atom Power, an energy solution provider specializing in electric vehicle charging in the United States, for US$150 million.
