morning run
I have been running intermittently for almost five years. Before that, I basically ran at night. The biggest difficulty in not insisting on morning running is that I can’t get up. Since I regained my desire to run in May this year, I finally switched to the morning run sequence. No matter how late I sleep, I can always get up and run on time. Getting up at 5 o’clock in the morning to run is already a very easy thing. It’s still dark when you go out. The moon sets and the sun rises. Facing the first ray of sunshine in the morning, I run on the road and sweat through my clothes. From July to now, I have completed 6 half-marathons, and 3 of them were run in the morning on weekdays. I can’t believe that I can still spend more than 2 hours to complete the half-marathon before going to work. The time is really squeezed out.

Last week, I evaluated the 2022 annual performance. I was very surprised by the result. I got an A , and the comprehensive score ranked second in the department.
Handover
After the double election, I was transferred. I left the position I had worked for for 14 years and changed to a more technical position. I was out of my comfort zone and had to start over. Thinking about staying in one place for a long time, I feel a little reluctant to leave suddenly. After all, the best youth stay here and everything is familiar. What can be taken away is the work experience accumulated over the years and the working methods mastered. When you arrive at a new position, you need to relearn the technical knowledge.
innovation
This year is considered to have opened the kaleidoscope, applying my programming hobby to work, and the company also encourages technological innovation. The developed software applied for several innovative projects, and one of them was selected for a bonus. Two soft works of software have also been applied for, and an algorithm is going to apply for an invention patent, and the technical disclosure document has also been completed.
