The legal representative and chairman of Alipay (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd. will be changed from Jing Xiandong to Ni Xingjun. According to people familiar with the matter, Alipay has submitted a change application to the industry and commerce department and has been successfully approved.
Ni Xingjun, named “Miao Renfeng”, joined Alibaba Group in 2003 and is a core member of the founding team of Alipay. He is the senior vice president and chief technology officer of Ant Group. In the past experience, Ni Xingjun has served as a programmer, product architect, industry product technology leader, and Alipay executive deputy monitor, and has participated in the planning of various generations of Alipay’s technical architecture.
