Pinwan, September 19th, according to the WeChat official account of Changping, Beijing, the second phase M1 project of Xiaomi Smart Factory, one of the major projects in Changping District, completed the construction of the main structure and transferred to the secondary structure, decoration, clean engineering and mechanical and electrical equipment. The installation stage is expected to be delivered and put into use by the end of 2023.

This project with 100% digital control of key manufacturing elements in the whole process will be built into an intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and a world-class “lighthouse factory”. The project has a total construction area of 141,100 square meters, with a smartphone factory on the east and a laboratory on the west. According to reports, the basement of the project is composed of a “reverse bucket” type floor with high and middle low all around, with a construction area of 18,000 square meters. It is understood that the Xiaomi project is located in Shigezhuang Street, Changping District, and mainly includes three functional sections: Xiaomi Smart Factory (M1 Project), Xiaomi Future Industrial Park, and Xiaomi Innovation and Research Center (M4 Project). The project is positioned to build an intelligent industrial park that integrates all aspects of intelligent terminal equipment research and development, testing, production, release, application, and demonstration, and integrates multiple formats.
