Self-operated and non-self-operated e-commerce platforms (hereinafter collectively referred to as “network platforms”) that provide customized passenger network information services shall go through relevant procedures such as market entity registration, Internet information service licensing, or filing in accordance with relevant state regulations. When a shuttle bus operator cooperates with a non-self-operated platform, the two parties sign a cooperation agreement to clarify the cooperation matters for customized passenger services, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties in the protection of passenger rights and interests, safety production responsibilities, information protection, and fee settlement.
