The transfer documents require that the parcel of SS202210 in Shushan District will be delivered in hardcover. After the completion and acceptance of the planned house, the bidder can apply for the house sale procedure. There is no price limit for the land, that is, there is no average record price of commercial housing. Lot SS202210 in Shushan District, located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Xiyou Road and Jinzhai Road, Shushan District, has an area of 71.41 mu for sale, with a total starting price of 1.284 billion yuan.
