All passenger stations and passenger trains on the Yangtze River Delta Railway (except municipal railways) will comprehensively promote electronic ticket replacement, and passengers can enjoy the convenience brought by railway electronic innovation when applying for ticket replacement services on trains and at the station. At present, railway trains and arrival tickets are supplemented, and the boarding and exit vouchers are printed paper tickets. After the electronic ticket replacement is implemented, the boarding and exit vouchers are the valid IDs held when applying for the replacement ticket. In addition, passengers who need to be reimbursed can also exchange for reimbursement vouchers at self-service (collection) ticket machines or station ticket windows within 180 days according to the process similar to the normal ticket purchase.
