I usually read a lot of articles. These articles have become an important source of inspiration and information collection for my continuous creation. Therefore, I also pay attention to the collection and organization of information, just to gain more information.
In actual reading, I will use a combination of depth and breadth to traverse the articles and books I read, so as to obtain a wider range of content to read.
Topics Depth-first traversal
My reading often starts from a certain topic, and through the search engine, I find the top-ranked articles in the search engine as my topic articles.
Search for topic articles
When reading a topic article, I will perform breadth-first traversal , open the related articles and reference links mentioned in the article in a new tab page and put them in the background, and wait for the current page to be processed later before reading. At this time, the articles I read will change from the original one article to 1 + 3 articles;
After reading the topic article, read its related articles A, B, and C in turn. And on the basis of A, B, C, further excavate related articles D, E, F, G, H. At this point, the articles I read became 1+3+5.
Now, the article I want to read has changed from one topic article at the beginning to a total of 8 articles, and I get 8 times the information. If my problem has been solved at this point, then I can gather and aggregate this information to achieve my goal. If the problem is not solved at this time, you can continue with breadth-first traversal for further mining.
In addition, if you find that there are no more relevant articles to view at a certain level, you can return to the search engine and start the second article to start the depth-first traversal at the topic level.
Author · breadth-first traversal
When I’m done researching the current topic, I still have links to 8 articles. The window is still not closed, and at this point I will perform a breadth-first traversal at the author level.
I will jump from the current article to the archive page or home page of the blog, and read it one by one from the home page until I finish reading a blog.
Based on the 8 different pages opened before, you can further breadth-prioritize the articles of each blogger, and perform further depth-priority traversal in the articles of interest to view more content.
Over time, you will find that you will read more and more articles. Of course, you can also collect more and more information.
