WebEngage is a user data marketing automation service provider that collects user information through email, notification push, application message, SMS and other channels to provide users with digital intelligent cross-channel marketing activities. WebEngage has raised Rs 764 crore or nearly $10 million in its Series B round, led by SWC Global Fund. SWC Global Fund led the injection of Rs 500 crore, with existing investors IQ Fund and Blume Ventures contributing Rs 180 crore and Rs 80 million respectively. In addition, Sonali Patel and Kushal Jayesh Khandwala also joined the round with Rs 2 million each.
