WordPress Theme Directory Launches Beta Boilerplate Preview

Meta contributors have enabled a new feature in the WordPress.org theme list that allows visitors to preview the theme’s bundled patterns. The grid showing the boilerplate is now displayed below the topic’s description and tags. These are automatically taken from any theme that registers the boilerplate and works with block and classic themes. Clicking on the template will launch it in the theme preview. Visitors can see what it looks like in the context of the theme, but cannot manipulate or customize it.
