Scrcpy Remote is an iPhone application based on Scrcpy , which can remotely control Android devices via Wi-Fi on iPhone. @Appinn
New app from developer @Ethan Wang :
The first personal app is finally on the shelves, and the Flag that was established a few years ago has finally been realized. Scrcpy Mobile is a version that ported scrcpy v1.24 to iOS. It can remotely control Android devices through iPhone, and only need to open WiFi ADB.
Scrcpy Remote – Remotely control Android devices with iPhone [iOS]
Scrcpy Remote is currently on the App Store , priced at 6 yuan. @Ethan Wang also provided the TestFlight test channel, which is currently available. However, the green frog thinks it is still very worthwhile, 6 yuan is not expensive.
Enable adb over Wi-Fi
First, you need to enable the Wi-Fi mode of adb for the Android device:
- Install the adb tool suite ( SDK Platform Tools ) on the computer
- Turn on developer mode on your phone
- Connect Android device using USB and authorize
- Enter
adb tcpip 5555
in the terminal - Just return
restarting in TCP mode port: 5555
Switch back to USB mode: adb usb
Activate Scrcpy Remote ADB Mode
The installed Scrcpy Remote defaults to VNC mode, which can be used to connect to other VNC devices. To switch the adb mode, you need:
- Open Safari browser
- Enter
scrcpy2://adb
in the address bar - Open this page in “Scrcpy Remote”
- Scrcpy Remote enters ADB mode
The simple interface above is the Scrcpy Remote ADB mode. You only need to enter the IP address of the Android device in the first line, and then click Connect below to connect to the Android device.
The first connection requires authorization of the newly connected device on the Android device for use.
A few experiences:
- After the connection is successful, the Android device will turn on the screen and display the content synchronously with the iPhone
- Can be connected when the screen is off
- Can be unlocked with screen lock
- Support remote link through Zerotier and other methods
In theory, putting an Android device in the office and an iPhone remote control at home is a thing that has already been realized.
