It’s the oil and vinegar issue. Even with quotation marks, even in the context of web3 specifically, the word ignorant cannot be used to describe Tyler Cowen . Instead, it might be okay to describe Marc Andreessen.
Maybe the author meant to say uninitiated? But that’s not ignorance.
In addition, I originally read this article on a Taiwanese website (reprinted with permission), and the editor changed a lot of terms. Only then did I know that “La Black” is called “Black List” in Taiwan.
