On August 9, the TMTpost app announced that the "Beijing Online Audio-Visual Platform Enterprise Compliance Manual (2022 Edition)" was issued. The first is to provide comprehensive guidance and strengthen compliance awareness. Combined with the development and characteristics of online audio-visual formats, general compliance requirements are put forward for platform companies, and compliance requirements are refined in key business areas such as long video, short video, and live broadcast. The second is to highlight the key and consolidate the main responsibility. The third is to focus on key points and prevent potential risks. Closely follow the relevant requirements of comprehensive governance in the entertainment field, explain in detail the pre-recording and review procedures for programs, and improve the awareness of risk prevention for platform enterprises. The fourth is to lead innovation and integrate into Beijing practice. Incorporate Beijing's innovative practices and institutional achievements in the management of online audio-visual platforms into the "Compliance Manual" to help platform companies better fulfill their compliance obligations and improve operational efficiency.
