One of the most thought-provoking announcements from WordCamp Europe 2022 was Matt Mullenweg saying, “I believe Gutenberg may have done more to the world than WordPress itself.” This isn’t the first time Mullenweg has embraced Gutenberg’s vision of excellence as an open source project. In a Q&A following his State of the World 2021 speech, he said: “Gutenberg is bigger than WordPress, it’s basically saying how do we edit and create the web?
