China Innovation Airlines announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it plans to offer about 266 million H shares globally at an offering price of HK$38-51 per share. Assuming an offering price of HK$44.5 per share, the Group estimates that the net proceeds from the global offering to be received will be approximately HK$11,560.5 million.
