It’s out of money, so a refund is also not possible. Projects halting development rather than canceling development are believed to be designed to circumvent lawsuits. According to statistics on the Kickstarter page, 10 people have contributed 12,000 yuan, 18 people have funded 5,000 yuan, and 30 people have funded 3,900 yuan.
