Due to some well-known reasons, domestic direct connection to GitHub often encounters some problems. Many times when we use github, the download is very slow. Setting up a proxy for git can solve the problem that GitHub pages can be opened but git cannot connect to remote repositories. If you have a proxy locally, you can set the proxy directly to get faster download and upload speed of resources.
