In the long run, on the one hand, it feels unhealthy to eat these things in the morning, and on the other hand, it is really tiring, including washing pots. Another point is that there is often a lot of food left, which is also very troublesome to handle.

For a while, I tried morning toast with eggs and milk, but didn’t stick to it for various reasons. Wouldn’t this kind of breakfast be more convenient and healthier?

I’ve been thinking about finding a convenient and healthy way to have breakfast, but I haven’t found the most suitable one yet. Of course, it is definitely not the first choice to buy ready-made meals, or to make your own meals at ease.
