The Jianling Seed Fund, a subsidiary of Jianling Capital, was established a few days ago with a scale of 350 million yuan. Among them, Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd. subscribed for a capital contribution of 346.5 million yuan, with a subscription ratio of 99%, and Jianling Capital subscribed for a capital contribution of 3.5 million yuan, with a subscription ratio of 1%.
Jianling Seed Fund mainly focuses on healthy food, health-related and other fields with investment value, and invests in start-up companies with high development potential. The investment stage tends to be companies in the early stage of financing such as creation stage, seed stage, pre-Series A financing, and Series A investment.
