Oxwash secures £10m Series A funding

Oxwash is a UK-based environmental-friendly laundry solution provider that aims to achieve a clean and environmentally friendly laundry process through ozone technology. Oxwash uses ozone generation technology to provide laundry services for users such as Airbnb, university apartments, hotels, and businesses. Oxwash is also using medical-grade laundry technology during this time of COVID-19, combining ozone disinfection with chemical treatments and thermal processes to eliminate bacteria, viruses and fungi from clothing. Oxwash recently announced the completion of a £10 million ($12 million) Series A round led by Untitled VC, with participation from existing investor and Twitter co-founder Biz Stone. Other investors in this round include Indeed founders Paul Forster, Holly Branson and Sam Branson, Reckitt’s venture capital fund Access VC, Pentland Group, Ascension Ventures, Vala Capital and Truesight Ventures, as well as new investors 8 Dimension Ventures, System Capital Management and Khimji Ramdas LLC.
