The subsidy targets are from June 1, 2022 to June 1, 2023 A purchaser who purchased a newly-built commercial residence in the central urban area of Pingxiang and applied for an online visa and filing. The subsidy is 10,000 yuan per set for the purchase of the first suite; for the purchase of improved housing, the subsidy is 5,000 yuan for each set with an area of less than 90 square meters (inclusive), and 8,000 yuan for each set with an area of more than 90 square meters. A subsidy of 200 yuan per square meter will be given to two-child families who purchase newly built commercial housing and all children are under the age of 18; a three-child family will be given a subsidy of 300 yuan per square meter.
