Because at present some companies can’t seem to find the corresponding team, and according to the interviewer:

About the disappearance of work data in a sudden situation

This is a sudden situation.

We don’t need to struggle so much, and we can’t stop doing it (official website publicity and other work) because of this matter.

For example, in a customer case, I did it according to my colleague’s operation, and the result was reviewed by the Z colleague who said:

Throw the blame on other people, why not do it your own way.

Specifically why?

Maybe it’s because you’re worried about making your own decisions, and you just follow your own ideas without asking. Maybe say “unwilling to do the work performed” if you don’t follow the instructions of your colleagues.

So I thought of it, for example, the red, yellow and blue “hard disk is broken”.

I feel that when I fix a bug that “emerges”, without notifying me, I will feel unequal (and there is a similar incident), not respected, so any problems in the future, encountered again, maybe there will be orders I feel “not worth” the time and investment.

Spend time on good things and do more meaningful and valuable things in limited time.

Questions from other departments

Some things have been pointed out by Party A, and some functions can be developed in modules. In addition, we originally had more efficient development ideas, but instead we had to comment out some functions.

Because the technical code is not standard, the first word in my mind is “shit mountain”, and then I was said by Party A as it is.

At the weekly meeting, it was pointed out that there are people out there, don’t feel that you are very good, there are many people who are better than you.

If it wasn’t for Party A’s proposal, perhaps the original technicians would still be immersed in their own beautiful world.

Is this because the technology itself is not enough, or is it because I knew it, but it was also because of the direct management of the superior, and I couldn’t pass it?

This is unknown. Here, let’s believe is the reason for the former.
