Rust above the rear wheels of automobiles is common in the Northeastern United States due to the erosion of snowmelting agents. This car of mine started two years ago with a small rust spot on the top of the rear wheel, and since last winter the rust started to expand. Left unchecked, it spreads faster and eventually becomes irreparable. So I decided to fix it.
Most of the steps refer to ChrisFix’s video, Chris’s video is very comprehensive. In this article I’ll cover some details that Chris didn’t cover in the video, as well as some personal tips.
