Root Global is a developer of carbon tracking tools that help manufacturers, food processors and retailers in the food and beverage industry calculate carbon scores and support corporate decision-making to effectively reduce future carbon emissions. Root Global recently announced a $2.6 million pre-seed round led by Project A, with participation from Nucleus and several angel investors.
