Since 2019, the public security network security department has continued to increase the crackdown on the black industry chain of online accounts in the “clean network” operation, investigated and shut down more than 140 code-receiving platforms, and confiscated more than 22 million mobile phone black cards. More than 300 million online hacker accounts were seized, and significant results were achieved in stages.
In this “broken account” operation, the public security organs will further strengthen the investigation and crackdown, insist on attacking the platform, chasing the source, and breaking the chain, and severely crack down on various illegal and criminal acts of maliciously registering online accounts in accordance with the law. , Illegal trading, leasing and lending of online account platforms, and criminal gangs that illegally provide services such as real-name, re-binding, unblocking, and account maintenance, and provide mobile phone cards, Internet of Things cards, “empty account cards”, etc. for malicious registration of online accounts. Units and personnel, development and sales personnel of dens and related software that illegally manufacture, sell, and provide “Maochi” and “Kachi” equipment. Further strengthen industry rectification, urge Internet companies to fulfill their main responsibilities, proactively identify and dispose of online accounts used for malicious registration and illegal sales, organize Internet companies to re-verify discovered online black accounts, and investigate and deal with companies involved in cases with loopholes in business and management according to law , consolidate the foundation of network security management. Further strengthen law popularization publicity, educate and guide the general public, enterprises and institutions to jointly maintain network security order, and promote the formation of a co-governance pattern of cracking down on the black industry chain of online accounts.
