In the third week of recovery training, I ran 34.4 kilometers, 24% more than last week, and one kilometer more than the planned 30 to 33 kilometers. Same as last week, with a bottom of three kilometers, and three more runs of more than five kilometers, one of which ran to 8.1 kilometers. Overall, it was completed according to plan, without ambition expansion.
