Opening weekend festivities include a ‘United Visions’ creative process workshop featuring Nguyen, Cutting and Just Blaze, as well as a special performance and spatial audio listening experience with London-based artist Nina Nesbitt. After the opening event, the retail store will host the Brompton Series on the last Thursday of each month through October.

IT House understands that when customers walk into the floor-to-ceiling windows and entryway of the Apple Brompton Road retail store up to 7 meters, they will see 12 tall Sicilian fig trees on both sides. There are seats at the bottom of each tree, which serve as a space for visitors to gather and socialize, blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor, and introduce nature directly into the store. Visitors enter the store through a central arcade, which was designed entirely to the dimensions of the Brompton arcade built on the site in 1903. The in-store Forum is the venue for the free Today at Apple class, designed to provide visitors with everyday creative inspiration and practical skills. Meanwhile, visitors can explore a new lineup of iPhones, Macs, iPads, AirPods, Apple Watch and Apple TV, as well as accessories such as the HomePod mini and AirTag, on the surrounding display tables and avenue promenade. The 200-person retail store team will help customers learn about Apple products and advise on monthly installment options and the Apple Trade In program. In total, team members can communicate in more than 45 languages. The store also features the UK’s first exclusive Apple Pickup service area to help customers more easily access products ordered online.

In addition, the terrazzo floor of the Apple Brompton Road retail store is made with plant-based bio-resin, the first floor of Apple’s global retail store to be made of this material. The space in the store is topped with a uniquely shaped wooden curved ceiling, and the store provides a lot of seating. Like all Apple facilities, the Apple Brompton Road retail store is powered by 100% renewable energy.

Apple has been operating in the UK for almost 40 years with a team of more than 6,000 people. The Apple Brompton Road retail store will open in London on Thursday 28th July at 4pm BST.
