Game publisher 2K is adding launchers to its older games, taking the Steam platform as an example, which means players need to launch two launchers (one Steam and the other 2K) when playing the game. The latest game to add a launcher is the well-known dystopian game Bioshock Infinite . 2K is also dubbed ” Quality of Life ” in the update notes – meaning to optimize the game experience, but what it actually does is degrade the game experience. On the game forum, some players complained that the game crashed after the update, and the update also caused the Steam Deck handheld support of the “Bioshock” series (including the first two resets, the original version was not updated) to be completely destroyed.
